Client acquisition
How clients reach you without chasing anyone or depending on paid ads.

I design systems for knowledge professionals
Your firm, practice, studio or office. Systems for client acquisition, delegation, documentation, software and AI. For professionals who want to earn more without working more hours. You keep doing what you know best.
Exoesqueleto Cerebral, my newsletter.
Every issue, a case to improve how you work.

What I build
I don't sell scattered advice. I work on five pieces that make your practice deliver without you being in the middle of everything.
How clients reach you without chasing anyone or depending on paid ads.
What leaves your head for your team without the quality of your work dropping.
The judgment that lives in your memory today, kept in one place you can operate from.
Tools built around how you work, not you bending to fit the tool.
Automating the monotonous task without handing over the professional judgment only you bring.
Who's writing this
I'm a lawyer. COO at SPREAD, an operation with teams distributed across four countries. Co-founder of iUS Online and Reviste. At Candelario Abogados, the family firm, since 2018 and still going. I think like a lawyer when I write about how a professional practice operates.
A recent case
Last year I worked with a lawyer in Bogotá running a four-person firm. She charged well and had clients waiting, but worked 55 hours a week and took files home on weekends. We redesigned three things: how she acquires clients, what she delegates to her team, and how she documents each case. Three months later she was working 40 hours, with the same income. She runs the system. I'm no longer needed.
What they say
Knowledge professionals across LATAM.
I thought my problem was too few clients. It was that everything ran through me. We documented how I deliver each project, and for the first time the team moves without asking me about every little thing.
I went from answering the same emails twenty times to having a system that answers them for me. I didn't become a programmer; I just stopped losing my mornings to it.
The hardest part was letting go. Now how each thing is done is written down, and my assistant runs half the practice without the quality dropping.
